I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive experience across all areas of development in Bangladesh. A proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges, I performed effectively even within a highly pressurized working environment.    

I have more than 6 years experienced in program implementation with training management, M&E, community engagement, documentation and coordination of multidisciplinary development areas both in Urban and Rural different NGOs. I had to maintain liaison with different level GO/ NGO high officials. I’m acquainted with different approaches to improving the health status of marginalized poor followed by prescribed M&E strategy and advocacy.
